  1. How do I place my order?
    Fill out our Quick Quote form. Your order will be processed and you will be emailed an order confirmation and collection date. If you don’t want to order online, you are welcome to email us or drop into the depot and place your order in person. The Stornoway office and depot is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and on Saturday 9am – 12pm . See the Contacts page for our address and a map of how to find us.
  2. When and how do I pay for my order?
    You pay when you order your items from our Stornoway depot. We can offer you a range of payment methods:- Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa), Debit Card (Switch/Solo) & Cash payment. If paying by Postal Order/Cheque, then please make payable to Woody’s Express Parcels
  3. What if I want my items delivered to my home or where I work?
    That’s fine. Just tell us this when you come in to the depot to pay for your goods. We will give you a price for delivery and you will be asked to pay for this as well before your items are delivered.
